For La Palapa Condo's & Casita's, we have two different rental rates at this time.

Until further notice, Holiday rates are the same as regular rates except for the required Security Deposit

We allow small pets for $25.00 per stay

La Palapa Condos:

A refundable deposit of $100.00 for first time renters is required.   

Regular rental rate:  Weekends

$125.00 per night for up to 6 people. 

           Sunday through Wednesday night $100.00 

The condos have one Queen bed in each bedroom and a double

Sofa bed in the living room.

 

Weekly rental rates:

            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. (Does not apply to Spring Break)

 

Holiday rental rates:

                    Spring Break only

$125.00 per night for up to 6 people.

$200.00 Security deposit.

                Each condo sleeps 6 people (Three couples)

    For this Holiday, a Security Guard is on the premises at

    night and armbands are required.

La Palapa Casitas:

Regular rental rate:

$50.00 per night for Queen size. (2 people)

        $60.00 per night for King size bed. 

 

Weekly rental rates:

            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. ( Does not apply to Spring Break)
