For La Palapa Condo's & Casita's, we have two different rental rates at this time.

Until further notice, Holiday rates are the same as regular rates except for the required Security Deposit

We allow small pets for $25.00 per stay

La Palapa Condos:

A refundable deposit of $100.00 for first time renters is required.   

Regular rental rate:  Weekends
$125.00 per night for up to 6 people. 
           Sunday through Wednesday night $100.00 
The condos have one Queen bed in each bedroom and a double
Sofa bed in the living room.
After making a booking a $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. (Does not apply to Spring Break)
 
Holiday rental rates:
                    Spring Break only
$125.00 per night for up to 6 people.
$200.00 Security deposit.
                Each condo sleeps 6 people (Three couples)
After making a booking a $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
 
    For these Holidays, a Security Guard is on the premises at
    night and armbands are required.

La Palapa Casitas:

Regular rental rate:
$60.00 per night for 2 people.  Book three nights & pay for only two. (Queens only)
        $70.00 per night for King size bed.  (Casitas #4 & #5 only)
After making a booking a $25.00 service fee will be charged for any date or unit changes.
Weekly rental rates:
            Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. ( Does not apply to Spring Break)
 
Holiday rental rates:
                    (Book three nights for two does not apply)
$60.00 per night for a queen bed  (2 people)
$70.00 per night for a king bed  (2 people)
$100.00 Security deposit.
